When you upload or photograph a homeowner's insurance policy, that document is transmitted to our servers for processing. We treat all policy documents as highly sensitive. We do not sell, share, or use policy document content for any purpose other than generating your MPAI analysis output.

• You have the legal right or authorization to share the document for professional claims processing purposes
• You are using the Service in your capacity as a licensed public adjuster or authorized representative
• You will handle all analysis outputs in accordance with applicable privacy laws and professional regulations

Policy documents are retained only as long as necessary to deliver your analysis. You may request deletion of uploaded documents at any time by contacting us.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:
